De-scale flush needed on Nivien tankless water heater.  The 2-person staff were efficient, friendly & professional.

The only demerit is due to scheduling....the original appt confirmation was for 12:30pm.  They showed up at ~9:15am.  Service appt had to be rescheduled for later in the afternoon.
